Duties and responsibilities

Set up equipment sales files in collaboration with the sales representatives.
Manage the files of purchases and imports of equipment.
Coordinate the arrival and departure of machines.
Coordinate the transportation of equipment (warehouse-clients).
Collaborate in the management of new equipment warranties.
Various administrative clerical tasks.

Requirements

Have a background in customer service, administration or a related field.
Speak Spanish (an asset).
Experience in a similar position.
Excellent knowledge of computer software.
Ability to adapt to pressure, prioritize and multi-task.
Be a very organized and rigorous person.
Have a positive attitude, be open to changes, be committed and have a good team spirit

Salary and benefits

$55 120 to $64 563 per year
