As an Intern Sales Representative your role will be to provide constant support to the team of Sales Representatives and Customer Service Representatives in Florida.

Duties and responsibilities

• Respond to various customer requests (phone calls and emails), take charge of requests that can be answered and follow up, if not transfer them to the people concerned.
• Make demonstrations and deliveries to customers to assist our sales representatives
• Greet, guide and support customers who come to the office in their search for equipment.
• Respond to various requests from Sales Representatives in Florida.
• Provide training for new Florida Sales Representatives when they are hired.
• Support and assist Sales Representatives and Customer Service Representatives during periods of high traffic.
• Create and follow up on sales-related files in the CRM.
• Conduct research and respond to government calls for tenders.
• Any other related tasks.
