Your role as a Parts Sales Representative will be to provide constant support and support to our customers.

Duties and responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls and emails received from customers regarding price requests, parts availability and general information;
• Respond to customers who come to the Service;
• Write, proofread and send quotes to clients;
• Customer reminder for follow-up of quotes;
• Support the parts, receiving, and shipping department;
• Perform returns of customer parts;
• Participate in daily operational meetings of the parts department;
• Any other related tasks.
