Sales Representative (USA) - LiftUp Division

LiftUp Aerial Equipment specializes in providing high-quality aerial lifts and equipment for various industries. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our business forward.

Your role as a sales representative will promote the products offered in the company while ensuring follow-ups with customers in order to do business development.  In collaboration with the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing new equipment monitoring for the territory that will be entrusted to you.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aerial equipment market;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients;
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials;
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management;
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth;
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to represent LiftUp Aerial Equipment;
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director in the establishment of objectives and strategies;
  • Demonstrate the equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, equipment, or industrial sectors.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Leadership and negotiation skills;
  • Results oriented;
  • Positive attitude, open to change, committed and a good team spirit.
